浙江大学教育学院民办教育研究中心成立于2000年11月，是国内综合型大学中最早成立的民办教育研究机构，由浙江大学主管。
浙江大学教育学院民办教育研究中心以教育政策与教育应用研究为主要研究领域，针对民办教育展开理论研究和实践探索为政府提供决策咨询，同时为民办学校提供教育科研指导、校长和教师培训以及教育教学质量评估等学校管理咨询服务。
作为中国民办教育政策理论研究的著名机构之一，浙江大学教育学院民办教育研究中心在“教育股份制”、“合理回报”、“民办学校产权”、“教育券”、“现代学校制度”和“教育民营”等民办教育前沿领域研究成果卓著，引起政府和学界广泛关注，对国家民办教育立法以及椒江、长兴、杭州、瑞安、成都等地方政府民办教育政策设计产生了积极影响。
浙江大学教育学院民办教育研究中心专家委员会由政府和学术界数十位知名专家组成，保证了研究选题的前瞻性和研究成果的权威性。中心成立以来已承担省部级以上各类课题二十余项均取得重要研究成果。

Brief Introduction to NERCSE ,Zhejiang University
Non-government Educational Research Centre , School of
Education, Zhejiang University (NERCSE, Zhejiang University)
was established in November 2000, when it was the first
private educational research institute among all China
’s universities.
Studying the theories focus on China’s educational policy
and non-government schools management,the institute not
only helps many governments make policies, but also provides
the consultations,guides and services about school development
strategy,educational research program,assessment of school
teaching quantity and investment operation for nationwide
non-government schools.
The institute has successfully maken more great
progress in such leading theories as Educational Shareholding
System, Reasonable Return,Private schools Property,Education
Voucher,Modern schools Mechanism and Educational Privatization.
Now, the institute is becoming widely famous among the
governments and academic circle,and its performance has
already taken positive and important effects in the National
non-government education legislation, and many private
educational policies and actions of local governments,including
Hangzhou,Chengdu,Changxing,Rui’an,Jiaojiang, Jiangshan,etc.
Professor Wu Hua is taking charge of the affairs of the
institute.
